Lunch Hour Concerts
Each year Recitals Australia presents a spring series and autumn series of concerts held at lunch time. These recitals showcase a range of performers presenting a 40 minute recital at 12.10pm and 1.10pm each Wednesday. From the experienced to the new performers, these quality concerts offer over 80 high calibre musicians a year, the opportunity to hone their performance skills by presenting polished programs in a public recital venue.

Audiences have delighted for years in the high quality and low cost of these recitals, and many now professional musicians received their first performance opportunity through these concerts.
How do I get to perform?
All performers are auditioned through the Home Recitals Concerts. After successfully performing in this smaller platform you may be invited to perform in the Lunch Hour Series. The program is finalised four months in advance of the commencement date, therefore performers must be able to commit to the time well in advance. All performers must be members of Recitals Australia, membership includes admission to the subscription concerts and voting rights at the AGM.
